Inhibin B is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by cells of the reproductive system. Serum inhibin B can directly reflect the spermatogenic function of testis and is a more effective indicator to judge the male fertility rate. Female INH-B is secreted by ovarian granulosa cells and follicular membrane cells.
